David J Hamilton CEO
David has been in the electronics industry
since graduating from Edinburgh University,
Scotland, UK in 1983. His early career was
spent in a variety of roles: Designer, Design
Manager and Consultant in companies ranging
from multinationals such as Honeywell, through
Fortronics and Reynolds Medical to start-up
Sefab Ltd. After joining the staff at Strathclyde
University in 1991, he continued helping
companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals
with various development projects and completed
his PhD in 1996. He was an inventor and
led the technical development of Vibtech's
seismic data acquisition system and led
R and D projects for other companies including
IBM, Autosonics, De La Rue Fortronic, Tilting
Tees and HET Ltd.
He established and directed the research
program for ATEEDA's technology within the
university supported by Scottish Enterprise.
Since founding ATEEDA Ltd in February 2006
he has built a strong management team and
led the company through its seed funding
round. Having established strong customer
relationships with several multinational
semiconductor companies, David continues
to lead ATEEDA delivering on an expanding
portfolio of commercial contracts.

Bill Buckie CFO
Bill combines a background in life sciences
research and a wealth of commercial &
financial experience. Between 2004-2006
he has assisted several SMEs to develop
their business plans and raise start-up
and development finance (equity, bank finance
and R&D grants), usually in the role
as a part-time Finance Director. He is currently
a Director of Cascade Technologies Ltd and
IceRobotics Ltd. During 2001-2004 he was
CFO at Photonic Materials Ltd where he helped
raise over £10m in VC equity, over
£1m in R&D grants and a £1.4m
RSA award. Prior to that he was Vice-President
of Finance at Pharmagene plc from 1997-2001
where he led 3 private equity rounds (totalling
over £13m) and was a key member of
the IPO team listing Pharmagene on the LSE
in July 2000 raising over £42m in
the process. Bill trained with PriceWaterhouse
Coopers in Cambridge, completed his PhD
at the University of Cambridge in 1986 and
is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Management Accountants.

Peter Denyer Non-Executive
Chairman
Peter is an academic and entrepreneur who
has founded and acted as a director of a
number of technology companies. Peter served
as Chief Executive Officer of VISION Group
plc, a semiconductor company, from its inception
in 1990, through its UK flotation in 1995,
its subsequent growth and eventual sale
to STMicroelectronics [plc] in 1999. Prior
to this, Peter led research at the University
of Edinburgh in the field of semiconductor
chip design. His group was among the leading
grant recipients in the university and contributed
to the success of the Department of Electrical
Engineering, which persistently achieved
a 5 star (the highest national) grading
for its teaching and research. His research
has been recognised with numerous awards
including the Royal Academy of Engineering
Silver Medal and the IEEE Millennium medal.
Subsequent to the acquisition of VISION
Group plc, Peter was involved in the foundation
of MicroEmissive Displays Limited which
was admitted to AIM in November 2004 and
Rhetorical Group plc which was sold to Scansoft
Inc in 2004. He continues to pursue both
academic and entrepreneurial activities
and holds an honorary Chair at the University
of Edinburgh.

Jane Karwoski McCracken
Non-Executive Director
Jane has over 25 years of business experience
on both sides of the Atlantic. She started
her career as a corporate financier and
later moved from advising high tech companies
into senior management roles with them.
In 1998, she became CFO at Axis-Shield plc,
a publicly traded maker of in vitro diagnostic
tests for cardiovascular and other diseases.
In 2000, she became CEO at all-hotels.com,
an online travel company now owned by Travelocity.
She joined VIS entertainment plc, a computer
games developer in 2003 as COO. Today, Jane
divides her time between the UK and US putting
her skills and experience to use as a board
member or consultant to technology companies
on business growth strategies, international
expansion opportunities, fund raisings,
M&A and exit strategies. In addition
to Ateeda, Jane is a member of the Board
of Directors for Nexus Oncology Ltd.
